About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Eagle Farm.
Responsibilities:
* Manning the front desk reception area
* Managing and maintaining bookings for multiple meeting rooms
* Dealing with all forms of office administration (stationery, mail, reception, filing, data entry, etc.)
* Ordering employee uniforms, maintaining stock take, and distributing to our projects
* Looking after the maintenance and purchase of office and kitchen supplies
* Assisting with catering requirements for all in-house functions and activities
Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A good level of IT literacy
* Natural time management, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise
* Reliable and able to commit to 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
* Able to use own initiative
* Looking to learn and grow
* Have a problem-solving nature
* Hold a valid driver's licenseBe self-directed and a team player
Additional Requirements:
You will need to be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a current valid visa allowing you the right to work in Australia.
