Job Opportunity: Electrician - Solar Farm Maintenance
Our solar farm operation is seeking an experienced and motivated A-Grade Electrician to join their permanent onsite team. This long-term opportunity suits someone who enjoys a mix of electrical, technical, and hands-on operational work across a large solar facility.
Responsibilities:
* Performing electrical maintenance and repairs on solar farm equipment
* Maintaining electrical systems, including high-voltage work and panel upkeep
* Carrying out preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks
* Diagnosing faults and conducting repairs
* Record keeping and compliance tasks using IT tools
Requirements:
* A-Grade Electrician qualification
* White Card certification
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Strong interest in the energy sector
* IT proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
* High Voltage Switching ticket
* ChemCert / Chemical Handling ticket
* Previous solar experience (commercial or rooftop panels / inverters)
