The role of an IT Support Engineer involves delivering top-tier support and managed services to clients worldwide.
We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in desktop support to join our team.
Key responsibilities include designing and installing computer networks, connections, and cabling; performing troubleshooting to system failures and identifying bottlenecks for long-term efficiency; handling daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network, and server management; setting up desktop computers and peripherals and testing network connections; extending computer support for systems' software and hardware; maintaining computer peripheral devices like printers and resolving associated problems, troubleshooting, and Router installation; and networking and connecting computers within the organization to better communication.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills for physical devices (PCs, printers, etc.); assistance with network connectivity, configuration, and performance issues; setup, management, and optimization of routers and switches for efficient data flow; installation and maintenance of network cabling and server systems; and the ability to work independently as a Freelance worker, completing tasks assigned by our team.
