About the role
Storaway Self Storage is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Self Storage Sales & Admin Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is based primarily in Somersby with the possibility of needing to work at Charmhaven, NSW and will involve providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and assisting with administrative tasks. Immediate start is available
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and assisting customers with their self-storage needs, including unit rentals, payments, and inquiries
* Conducting facility tours and providing information on Storaway's services and offerings
* Handling sales leads and following up with potential customers
* Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports
* Supporting the management team with various projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
* Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
* Proficiency in using standard office software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
* A keen interest in the self-storage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
