We have partnered with our expanding electrical client who are looking for a dedicated and versatile Internal Sales Specialist to join their Wangara based team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of their business, covering a range of responsibilities including internal sales, vendor management, and logistics management, stocktaking and being a good all rounder
Key Responsibilities:
* First point of contact with customers enquiries.
* Develop quotes utilising existing quotation tools.
* Engage with customers to provide order updates and payments.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed to order products and services.
* Engage with logistics providers to manage deliveries and receipts.
* Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records.
* Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
About You – Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an internal sales or similar client-facing role.
* Working understanding of ERP systems and quick ability to learn.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Fundamentals of good decision-making skills.
