About the role
Capability Clinical Services provides professional, client centred, trauma informed and compassionate support for children, young people, and adults. Clinical Services offers face to face and telehealth counselling and psychological interventions, assessments and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Reporting to the Director – Clinical Strategy and Services and working within the Capability Clinical Governance Framework, the Administrative Lead will deliver client-centred, compassionate, high quality, and effective services to support the Clinical Services team and Key Management Personnel (KMP).
Duties & Responsibilities
* Key point of contact for clients, families and stakeholders
* Provide confidential, high-level support to the Clinical Services team
* Provide secretariat support for KMP
* Coordination and tracking of key actions to assist with overall service delivery, including progressing significant projects
* Client intake, triage and administration (appointments, invoicing, follow up requests etc)
* Support the team’s compliance with organisational policies and procedures and in accordance with Capability Clinical Governance Framework.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of intake and administrative systems
* Ensure all records are kept to a high standard and uphold client confidentiality.
* Demonstrating and modelling high ethical standards and following all Capability policies and values
Key Requirements
Essential:
* Demonstrated experience working in a health, mental health, community services setting or similar
* Experienced in administration management and supporting high performing teams
* Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise competing demands
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including working with vulnerable populations and those accessing mental health supports
* High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, including health records
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Valid Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or ability to obtain one)
* Valid CYPS clearance. (or ability to obtain one)
* Valid police check. (or willingness to undertake one)
