Up to $45/hr Super & Salary Packaging (negotiable based on experience) Opportunities for professional growth within a well-established provider Summary of the Position We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee all hospitality services within our aged care facility, including catering, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure exceptional service, high standards of hygiene, and a safe, welcoming environment that enhances the resident experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the hospitality team across kitchen, laundry, cleaning, and maintenance departments. Ensure all services meet high standards and comply with aged care quality and regulatory requirements. Oversee food safety, infection control, OH&S, and other compliance measures Collaborate with leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Monitor budgets, staffing, and resources, implementing cost-effective practices and quality control. Support staff training and development, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Key Requirements Certificate in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality Management (essential). Leadership experience in hospitality or hotel services management; aged care experience desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety, infection control, and OH&S regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage staff, residents, and families. Experience in rostering, ordering, stock control, and quality assurance. Resident-focused, compassionate approach to service delivery. Valid police check or willingness to obtain one.
