About the Role
Financial administrators will maintain accurate financial records, manage cash flow, reconcile bank statements and prepare detailed financial reports. They will work independently in a fast-paced environment with access to advanced accounting software.
* Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
* Manage cash flow by processing invoices and payments, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
* Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, to provide stakeholders with valuable insights into company performance.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting, analyzing past financial data to inform future business decisions.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of integrity and transparency in all financial dealings.
* Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding financial matters, building strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
* Assist with payroll processing and tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and taxes.
