This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension(s).

Policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. You may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment. Please note that completion of satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) is required. Any offer of employment with WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is conditional on a satisfactory PEHA to ensure you can perform the inherent requirements of the position. Position Profile
We are currently seeking to appoint an Application Developer. As part of the Digital and Data Innovation team, the Applications Developer is responsible for:
* The development of technical solutions for the implementation and support of specialised application software and interoperability.
* Undertaking a developer/technical role in the integration, testing and implementation of ICT application services.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment practices, and cloud-based infrastructure to support efficient and reliable application delivery.
* Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders and customers in the development and delivery of technical application solutions and interoperability requirements.
* Maintaining knowledge of the organisation's technology environment to provide input towards solution design, development and delivery across the ICT Application function.
* Providing Tier 3 systems and applications support as required across the organisation.
