About the Role
This position is primarily based at our Broadbeach and/or Hope Island clinics, with the opportunity to work across our other locations as we grow.
You will play a vital role in both the clinical and front-office areas, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth running of the practice.
Your Key Responsibilities
Chairside assisting, instrument handling, and patient support
Sterilisation and adherence to infection control protocols
Reception duties including answering calls, booking appointments, and processing payments
General administrative tasks to support daily practice operations
About You
You are someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting and/or minimum 2 years' chairside experience
Dental reception experience (highly regarded, but training can be provided)
A caring, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of infection control (ongoing training provided)
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with shifts and locations
