**About the Company**
This company is a renowned tier 2 building contractor operating all over Australia. Turning over more than $600M and currently employing over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most sectors including commercial, residential, health, education and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $50M.
Their QLD operation are consistently winning and delivering projects valuing anything from $500K to $50M.
**The role - Foreman**
We are looking to add a Foreman into an existing project located in Ipswich. The project is a $18m retirement living project. We are looking for a foreman to come in an assist the Site Manager and manage the finishing/fitout of the project.
**What we are looking for**:
- A trade background
- Previous experience working on these size projects
- A Tier 2 or large Tier 3 background
- Retirement Living/apartment experience is ideal but not essential
- Stability with previous employers
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders
