Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals, providing high-level customer service, and assisting with account management and debtor management.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
* Providing high-level customer service with tight turnaround times
* Assisting in overall account management and debtor management
* Seeking opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies
* Gathering relevant client information and identifying key issues
* Maintaining accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients
Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Tier 1 qualification or willingness to complete upon commencement
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
