Camp Cook
Camp Laurence, 67 St Lawrence Road, Moogerah, is seeking an experience chef with a Kitchen Supervisor Certificate to join the team. The role would suit a local. Shift ranges from morning tea – dinner. Baking for morning or afternoon tea is also required during the shift. Menu is simple and straight forward, however, the successful applicant must have a thorough knowledge of special dietary requirements, such as dairy free, gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan. There always tends to be a few students in each camp that require alternative meals.
Candidates must have Australian work rights and a current working with children blue card.
Some commercial baking experience is required for morning and afternoon tea service.
