About the Role:
As a Lab Technician, you will play a key role in the chocolate-making process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Sample taking to ensure the highest quality of chocolates.
- Measuring viscosity of chocolate paste to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Utilizing an NIR (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) to analyze particle size and fat content for precise product development.
About You:
We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of lab work, preferably with prior experience in a lab environment. If you have a passion for confectionery and an eye for detail, this role is perfect for you. The afternoon shift from 2 pm to 10 pm daily offers flexibility and the chance to be part of one of Australia's largest chocolate factories.
