The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator who desires apply their skills to deliver solutions directly with clients and join our growing Advisory team. The role will be Sydney based.
You will be responsible for supporting the development, compilation and transmittal of engineering documentation and reports to meet client requirements. In addition, you will be providing project delivery coordination, support and advice to project teams in relation to project controls (quality, cost and time) and fashioning project progress and status reports.
You will have an interest in working across broad range of markets including Energy, Water, and Defence. What is essential to your success is your proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and teamwork.

About you
As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust document control procedures aligned with ISO standards and project requirements to ensure that all documentation is organised, traceable, and compliant. This includes managing quality assurance requirements of engineering documentation production in our systems.
You will also possess the following:
* In-depth experience in document control and/or project delivery coordination in a similar environment.
* A strong desire to further develop key Project Delivery Coordination and Document Controls skills & capabilities.
* Experience in cost control by tracking expenditures, supporting budget management, and assisting with financial reporting and forecasting.
* High attention to detail and data integrity: Demonstrated experience in maintaining high-quality document control systems, including advanced proficiency with SharePoint.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
* Willingness and ability to travel locally and interstate and to work ‘on site’.
* Intermediate / Advanced Skills with Microsoft Excel and Office.
* Intermediate / Advanced Skills with Power BI / Similar Software.
* Relevant tertiary education in business, engineering or project management preferred.
