A Bit About the Role

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical oversight and ensure best-practice standards in the management and storage of medicines within our aesthetic network clinics. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory and pharmaceutical guidelines and providing clinical leadership across multiple locations. Your role will help uphold the integrity and safety of medicine use in aesthetic care, ensuring high standards are maintained consistently. We prefer a permanent part-time engagement but are open to exploring alternative models or contracting options.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the approved practitioner for key pharmaceutical partners, authorising medicine order submissions and managing the purchase of cosmetic medicines where you practice.

Audits & Compliance:

* Conduct regular in-clinic audits to ensure adherence to S4 medicine management protocols, including stock checks, secure storage verification, visibility and correct application of protocols, and accurate record-keeping.

Regulatory Oversight:

* Manage medicine storage to meet manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need?

* AHPRA-registered Nurse Practitioner with an interest in cosmetic or aesthetic medicine.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and compliant with medicine regulations.
* Availability for clinic visits and operational responsiveness.
