Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$135,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yrAbout The RoleYour primary function is to ensure the integrity of campaigns on Chuffed.
This involves three functions: detecting campaigns that present risk signals, investigating campaigns to ensure compliance with our requirements and systematizing learnings into new detection and investigation protocols.ResponsibilitiesDetect campaign risks: Conduct reviews of recent fundraising campaigns to identify potential upcoming risksMonitor existing fundraising campaigns for risk signalsMonitor donation pattern models to flag potential emergent risksInvestigate flagged campaigns: Review and analyze community complaints regarding potential fraudulent activityProvide empathetic email and occasional phone support to customers and other stakeholders to ensure fundraiser authenticitySystematize learnings: Continuously improve the automated detection systems and processesProvide feedback and improvements for our campaign investigation processProvide input and feedback into product improvements to manage risk on the platformRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForYou've got solid experience (3-5+ years) in a fraud, risk, trust & safety, or payments roleYou have experience or familiarity with customer due diligence, AML/CTF/ KYC regulationsYou have robust analytical or pattern-detection skills with a process-oriented, curious mindsetYou have a high level of empathy, integrity, and professionalism when interacting with customers and team membersDon\'t Meet Every Requirement?
