We're looking for a dedicated Dealer Sales & Solutions Specialist to join our team at our Scoresby location.

Role Overview
As a Dealer Sales & Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our Dealer Network through proactive engagement, product support, and sales development. You'll work closely with our dealer partners to promote, sell, and service Spitwater equipment, while managing leads and opportunities through HubSpot CRM.
This is a full-time role based in Scoresby, VIC, with regular travel across the region. A company vehicle is provided for business use.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with dealer partners through regular visits and proactive support
- Recommend tailored Spitwater solutions based on customer and dealer needs
- Manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines using HubSpot CRM
- Promote servicing, accessories, and chemical solutions to enhance equipment value
- Represent Spitwater at industry events and field days
- Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to leadership
- Maintain accurate records and uphold WHS and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

Experience:
Proven background in sales, account, or territory management
Proven ability to manage and grow independent or regional retail client relationships
Strong communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively

Qualifications:
Current unrestricted driver's licence
Confident using digital tools, CRM (HubSpot preferred), and well-organised in your approach
Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

Skills & Attributes:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to convert customer needs into tailored equipment solutions
Willingness to travel regionally and interstate
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Professional presentation and a collaborative mindset
