Job Title
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a dynamic role.
The role will provide administrative support to the Medical Administrative Officer by contributing to the efficient operations of human resource processes for medical staff and providing administrative support to Heads of Unit within Rehabilitation and Aged Care (Geriatric Care).
Duties for this role include:
* Providing administrative related support services that contribute to the effective operation of human resources functions relating to medical staff, trainee medical officers (TMOs), and providing administrative support to Heads of Unit for Rehabilitation and Geriatrics.
* Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of consumers.
* Accurate and timely processing and/or editing of documents including confidential material, as instructed.
