Your new role: As a Training Officer within the Safety & Response Unit, Corporate Services, you will play a key role in strengthening workforce capability by delivering high-quality, competency-based training aligned to operational and strategic priorities across Logan and Beaudesert Health. You will do this by: * Delivering engaging Maybo and safety and response training to maintain staff competency * Analysing training needs and developing targeted, competency-based programs * Planning, coordinating and delivering training using sound adult learning principles * Developing and applying assessment tools to measure learning outcomes * Supporting online and self-directed learning activities * Evaluating training effectiveness and contributing to continuous improvement * Maintaining accurate training records, reports and annual training plans * Building strong networks with stakeholders and training partners About you: You will be a capable and confident training professional with a passion for developing people and improving safety outcomes, with: * Demonstrated experience delivering training within complex or operational environments * Strong ability to analyse learning needs and design effective training solutions * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences * Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary training methodologies * A continuous improvement mindset with strong evaluation and reporting skills * Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and training systems * A current Class C driver's licence and ability to meet vaccination requirements Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
