About The Role
Based in Brisbane, this is an exciting new opportunity in the P&C team to transform into your own. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our end-to-end recruitment processes for all our blue and white collar roles. Bringing together our 3 brands under the Global Group, you will be integral in enhancing our processes, streamlining our in-brand experiences and ensuring our candidates experience sets our people up for success.
This is a newly created role, one to make your own, develop and grow into something that adds value and creates lasting impact. This is how we see you doing that:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all brands including; drafting engaging job ads, proactive talent sourcing, interviews and presenting the offer of employment. Transform each step in the process
* Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to ensure consistency across the group & business units.
* Ensure our leaders have the right tools to effectively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, think outside the box to develop new and effective techniques.
* Provide exceptional support to your Hiring Managers throughout the process, tailoring your support based on their needs.
* Ensure we continue to meet our compliance obligations mobilising our team safely with the right licenses and qualifications.
* Initiate innovative recruitment projects that enhance our overall process, streamline our brand experiences and ensure we are consistent in how candidates experience their onboarding journey with the Global Group.
* Partner with our Leaders to help develop and transform their roles before going to market to ensure we have clear role responsibilities and purpose to set our candidates up for success.
* As part of the broader People team, you will play a key role in supporting our projects and initiatives.
Skills and Experiences
About You
We are really passionate about finding the right person that can drive and transform our processes, who wants to be part of a team that prioritise people initiatives and experiences. So this is what we are looking for:
* Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience in a Talent Advisor or similar role.
* Experience managing roles at all different levels of the business.
* Proven experience proactively implementing effective talent sourcing techniques, tools and resources that support leaders.
* Effective communication skills - our people are our success so we need someone who has clear and effective communication.
* Lean into your experience to make this role your own. Think outside the box and be willing to shake things up, try new things and challenge the status quo.
* Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise roles and projects based on business needs.
* Effective stakeholder management is key - support our people leaders across the recruitment lifecycle.
