We are seeking a Parent Pathways Mentor to join our team. The successful candidate will work with parents and caregivers in the Wheatbelt Region, co-creating personalized plans to address individual goals and circumstances.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver case management services to support parents and caregivers.
* Engage with community services to provide holistic support.
* Create a welcoming environment for all individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
