About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position within a busy and professional Client Services Department. Your role has a unique set of responsibilities to include both customer service and administration functions.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing their queries and shipping advice, purchase order management, quoting, cargo tracking, collation of data to prepare reports for clients and internal departments, troubleshooting, and ensuring clients understand shipping processes relating to their import requirements.
