We are open to candidates with minimal to extensive leadership experience who are passionate about leadership, willing to learn and keen to have a career in management.
Some of your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
* Provide leadership/mentorship support to your multidisciplinary team
* Lead your team to meet individual and team targets
* Have an understanding and focus on quality and financial drivers to achieve best practice outcomes for our customers and clients
* Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients
* Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team
You will have:
* Experience in the vocational/occupational rehabilitation industry with exposure to leadership
* Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Full registration with the appropriate governing Allied Health body (AHPRA, AASW, ASORC, or ESSA)
* Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role
* Excellent time‑management skills and high degree of organisational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes
* Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers
* Current driver licence and motor vehicle with comprehensive car insurance – a must
