We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our client engagement and marketing functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your day, this role is for you.

About the Role

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and a key support for internal operations. You’ll assist with reception, manage client data, and contribute to marketing efforts including social media and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries
* Respond to client emails and manage service agreements
* Maintain internal client management systems
* Create weekly client activity schedules
* Track and analyse engagement and enquiry data
* Assist with social media campaigns and website updates
* Support marketing material creation
* General admin duties including filing, typing, and scanning

What You’ll Need

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint)
* Current Working with Children Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening
* Completion of the following NDIS modules:
* Worker Orientation
* Supporting Effective Communication
* Hand Hygiene for Clinical Health Care Workers
* Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals
* New NDIS Worker Induction
