Key Responsibilities
* Advance clinical competence in mental health nursing practice
* Practice according to evidence-based nursing and latest contemporary practices
* Role model and influence high standards of clinical practice among multidisciplinary teams
* Develop and deliver training and education for peers, patients and their families
* Work within the Recovery Model of Care and Trauma Informed Care framework
* Maintain a safe work environment and establish professional relationships with stakeholders
