We are seeking a full-time Enrolled Nurse to join their dedicated care team.

In this role, you will provide hands-on personal care while fostering meaningful connections with residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing is prioritised. Key Responsibilities include:
* Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of resident care under RN supervision.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility protocols.
* Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting changes to the RN.
* Assist with wound care, catheter management, and other clinical interventions.
* Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding.
* Foster a person-centred approach, respecting residents' dignity and preferences.
* Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enhance quality of life.
* Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
* Adhere to infection control, WHS, and aged care quality standards.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in care records.
* Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team (RNs, carers, allied health).
* Participate in handovers, staff meetings, and training sessions.
* Mentor and support less experienced care staff as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:Essential:
* Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
* At least 1 year experience in aged care, dementia care, or a similar setting (preferred).
* Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and chronic disease management.
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening required.
* Must comply with having annual flu vaccination and be fully immunised against COVID-19.
