Role Description
* Full-time position requiring on-site work across South East Queensland
* Run day-to-day site operations
* Lead and coordinate crews & subcontractors
* Deliver hard & soft landscaping projects
* Read plans, set out works & sequence tasks
* Own safety, quality & productivity onsite
* Liaise with clients and internal teams
* You're responsible for getting jobs delivered right, safely, and profitably.

Qualifications
* Strong background in landscape construction
* Proven experience supervising crews
* White Card & Driver's Licence
* Ability to read plans & manage programs
* Police Check & Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
* Trade qualifications highly regarded
* Leadership, accountability & pride in delivery are non-negotiable
