What you will do
Deliver specialised therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care.
Collaborate in a multi‐disciplinary team to support both educational and residential colleagues.
Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised intervention plans for young people.
Engage effectively with teams around each child to create informed living and learning environments.
Be an inspiring model, guide, leader, and trainer to your colleagues, driving best practices in Speech and Language Therapy.
Organise your workload efficiently, taking initiative to ensure optimal outcomes for each young person.

* Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
