We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Distribution Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within their assigned territory, with a focus on marketing department management and overseas business development.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, and will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve desired results.
* They will also be responsible for organizing market and customer research, collecting and analyzing data related to the photovoltaic industry, and developing sales plans that align with company goals.
* A key aspect of this role will be expanding relationships with major customers and breakthroughs in integrated ground station scenarios, as well as guiding various regions/departments to develop sales plans and supervise their implementation.
* This individual will also participate in the construction and optimization of sales project processes, refine strategies, standardize marketing process management and risk management.
* Additionally, they will coordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure sales tasks are assigned and product delivery is achieved.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or above in Business or Engineering and other related majors preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of business experience in solar involving complex sales over several quarters' sales cycles.
* Native speaker in the local language, fluent in English.
* Confidence and foresight in prospecting for new business and maintaining existing accounts, resilience and ability to evolve in a fast-paced industry.
* Having major customer resources and connections in the overseas photovoltaic industry.
* Ability to negotiate sales deals that contribute to the company's top and bottom lines.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, both external and internal.
* Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
