About the Role
In this sales‑focused position, you will be responsible for sourcing and converting incoming enquiries into sales for residential solar systems and home battery storage systems.
You will communicate directly with customers, understand their needs, and present clear and attractive solutions.
Technical background is recommended but not required — we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source, pursue and generate new leads.
* Handle inbound leads and customer enquiries.
* Present solar and battery system options clearly and confidently.
* Follow up on quotes and close deals.
* Prepare sales quotes using our internal tools (OpenSolar, Monday, etc.).
* Explain government rebates, battery incentives and the installation process to customers.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Work closely with our engineering and installation team.
What We are Looking For
* Experience in sales (solar, battery, electricity or similar industries preferred).
* Strong communication and closing skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Motivated by bonuses and commission opportunities.
* Speaking a second language is a plus, but not required.
* Full Australian work rights.
