We are seeking a Strategic Delivery Manager to bring strategic focus to complex client engagements and drive service delivery, client satisfaction, contract conformance, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the national champion for strategic service governance and escalation point for managed security services
* Assist with delivering strategic governance improvement initiatives
* Lead senior service delivery managers for nominated customer accounts
* Develop and maintain relationships to ensure effective delivery of managed security services
* Ensure accurate service delivery reports to clients in accordance with the service governance reporting framework
* Deliver managed services in accordance with the CyberCX service governance framework
* Meet KPIs and SLAs applicable to managed services agreements for assigned customer accounts
* Act as a single point of escalation for assigned customer accounts
About You:
* Tertiary qualification in information technology or business administration is preferred
* Considerable experience in governance, service delivery, and executive client management
* Experience in a similar level of role with a focus on information technology and cyber security
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Outstanding organisation and planning skills with the ability to lead a cross-functional team
