This leadership role focuses on developing and implementing retail activation strategies that connect sales, marketing, and retail partners to drive category and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute in-store activation plans that optimize sales, marketing, and retail partnerships.
* Lead a team of professionals and oversee in-store activation elements such as point-of-sale, training content, and Store of the Future concepts.
* Coordinate sales and marketing forums, manage agency relationships, and ensure commercial success through effective budgeting and resource allocation.
