We're partnering with a leading global law firm to hire an
Associate or Senior Associate
for their Employment & Safety team in Sydney. This full-time role is suited for a mid-level lawyer who's either moving toward Senior Associate level or has newly stepped into it. You'll handle a wide mix of workplace, employment, and safety matters. If you have a background in investigations, litigation, and delivering clear, strategic advice to employers, this could be a great next move for you.

What you'll be doing
Managing employment and safety matters from start to finish
Conducting investigations and litigation where required
Providing clear, commercial and practical advice to clients
Building and managing client relationships
Identifying risks and escalating issues appropriately
Driving your own practice while contributing to the team's success
What we're looking for
Solid knowledge of relevant employment and safety legislation and common law
Strong drafting, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to make sound judgements and take decisive action
Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills
Proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a 'challenge accepted' approach
