Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations
* Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
* Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
* Handle scheduling, staff training, and performance management
* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
* Assist in driving sales and achieving business targets
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
