What You'll Be Doing:
* Processing NDIS billing transactions accurately and efficiently using Carelink+.
* Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal billing procedures.
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support.
* Identifying and escalating discrepancies or concerns to the relevant team members.
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to regular reporting.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a data entry, customer service, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking ownership of individual tasks.
* Experience using Carelink+ or knowledge of NDIS billing (desirable but not essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
