We are passionate about sourcing the best products locally and internationally, and we’re looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
As Procurement Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring product availability, quality, and value for money. You will lead supplier negotiations, manage inventory strategies, and work closely with our store, kitchen, and produce teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships (local and international).
- Forecast demand, manage stock levels, and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and address quality or delivery issues.
- Support promotional planning and new product development.
- Analyse procurement data to improve costs, availability, and margins.
About You
- 5+ years’ procurement experience, ideally in grocery, retail, or fresh food.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Asian food categories highly regarded.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and food safety.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
