Specialising in commercial projects, they have an established end-to-end delivery service, coupled with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce high quality joinery. With over 25 years' experience within the Shopfitting and Joinery industry, they've built their reputation as an industry leader, and as a major player in the fit-out of the retail, hospitality, beauty, hotel, leisure and recreation fields.

Based in the Bayside suburbs, this company focusses on production of high-quality residential joinery including kitchen, bathroom, and laundry cabinetry. Catering to a broad range of project types - from straightforward, functional joinery to high‑end architectural builds and full house‑lot joinery packages. Experienced in delivering both simple and highly detailed custom solutions, supporting clients who require precision workmanship, tailored designs, and consistent quality. With a skill-set encompassing cutting-edge layout work, intricate detailing, and a commitment to delivering joinery that enhances residential living spaces, they are seeking a highly experienced cabinet maker to bring their drawings to life
Your new role
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Assisting with the manufacture of cabinetry and joinery, using edge banders, panel saws, CNC machinery etc.
* Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and cutting lists accurately.
* Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Install hardware, fittings, and joinery components with accuracy and care.
* Check completed work for quality, finish, and compliance with specifications, liaising with the team to address concerns and ensure project requirements are met.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful:
* Cert III in Cabinet Making with demonstrated industry experience
* Ability to read and interpret plans
* High proficiency with hand and power tools, plus your own full set of tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven industry experience working on either high-end residential joinery or commercial shopfitting joinery projects
* Ability to provide two working references
