We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and customer experience, and leading and mentoring a team of sales associates.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and fashion, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be able to identify store opportunities to maximize sales, meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and execute visual merchandising directives.
