**About the role**

As a Key Account Manager for Lincoln Sentry, you are accountable for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers across regional and metro Brisbane. You will focus on driving sales opportunities within our key accounts and supporting the ongoing training and development of the Architectural Hardware Sales Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing project specific requirements
- Sourcing and winning new accounts through networking, presentations and negotiations
- Meeting budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix
- Management of customers - building strategic relationships, training, stock forecast etc
- Reporting - sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis
- Providing product and process training and support internally and externally

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in Key Account Management and knowledge of the building industry
- Excellent written and verbal communications with a natural ability to influence and build rapport
- Strategic mindset, business acumen and a commercial focus
- Proven leadership capability and ability to be self-motivated.
