Your new role
In this role you will support individuals engaged in the HACC PYP (Home and Community Care Program for Younger People) and Support for Carers Program by coordinating meaningful and flexible group-based activities that foster connection, emotional wellbeing, and independence.
As the Coordinator, you will design and implement programs that encourage participation in everyday life, rebuild confidence, and enhance social inclusion - all while providing essential respite for carers. You'll lead the planning and delivery of group activities with the support of Volunteers and Peer Mentors, ensuring all services are delivered in a way that upholds human dignity and promotes social justice and equity.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in community services, disability or a related discipline
* Current Victorian driver's licence
* Current first aid and CPR certificates
* Experience working with and advocating for vulnerable and complex people from diverse backgrounds
* Experience in delivering capacity building and social inclusion activities for people with all abilities
* Experience in coordinating and supporting volunteers.
