Insurance Claims Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to assess damage to insured properties and provide accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Damage Assessment: Evaluate property loss or damage to determine policy coverage.
* Claims Processing: Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to stakeholders.
* Customer Support: Respond to customer and stakeholder requests within expected timeframes.
* Claim Fulfilment: Determine an appropriate claim fulfilment method that balances customer needs.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years in the Building and Construction Industry preferred.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.
* Ability: Willingness to travel and spend prolonged periods working out of the office.
