Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
* Respond to service requests and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
* Document and track service requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
* Current experience in Information Technology support.
* Familiarity with IT support and system management concepts.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
