Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
* Handle check ins, check outs, and guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are actioned.
* Manage reservations, updates, and guest messages in a timely and organised manner.
* Communicate guest feedback or issues to management and follow up where required.
* Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, room rates, packages, and local area information.
* Complete opening/closing duties and support telephony and back office tasks when needed.
What You'll Bring
* Strong customer service skills with a warm, guest focused approach.
* Experience in front office or a similar customer facing role (hotel experience ideal).
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* A positive, team oriented attitude aligned with values of empowerment, innovation, and community.
* Reliability, professionalism, and confidence in handling guest enquiries and transactions.
* Flexibility to learn, adapt, and contribute to a high performing front office team
