Your part in our St Stephens team
As part of the Medical Ward team, you will provide exceptional patient care in your area of clinical expertise, assess and respond appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns, and provide supervision and guidance within a multidisciplinary team. You will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service, and patient advocacy.
What makes a difference for us?
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
* Ability to coordinate and prioritise ward clinical workload
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
