We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Graduate Solicitor to join the new team at Dilan Lawyers. As a newly established law firm focused on delivering high-quality legal services to the property sector in NSW, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers.
* Conduct thorough title searches and ensure accurate and efficient completion of all legal paperwork.
* Maintain communication with clients, developers, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process.
* Provide advice and guidance on property-related legal matters, such as contracts, zoning laws, and stamp duty.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts of sale, leases, and mortgage agreements.
* Provide paralegal support to solicitors.
* Attend settlement meetings, ensuring the transfer of necessary funds and compliance with all legal requirements.
* Stay updated on legislation and regulations pertaining to conveyancing in NSW.

Requirements:
* Preferably at least 1 year of conveyancing experience.
* In-depth understanding of NSW property laws, regulations, and conveyancing processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in using conveyancing software and relevant technology tools.
* Relevant qualifications in Conveyancing or Law.
* Diploma of Conveyancing, Law degree, or Licensed Conveyancer certification in NSW.
* Experience with PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) for electronic settlements.
