The role plays a critical part in ensuring IT assets are effectively managed, accurately recorded, and value is maximised throughout their lifecycle. The IS Asset & Lifecycle Lead is tasked with developing and implementing best-practice asset management processes, ensuring that lifecycle activities are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the university’s operational needs. Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have: A degree, or postgraduate qualifications in IT Asset Management and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience. Demonstrated experience in IT asset lifecycle management within a large organisational environment. Strong knowledge of EUC hardware and software asset management, with specific experience in managing these assets within ITAM/CMDB tools. In-depth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, including best practices, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
