The Position
* Contribute innovative menu ideas that highlight fresh, locally inspired ingredients
* Work closely with our dedicated team to craft exciting weekly, monthly, and seasonal specials
* Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests' safety
* Be a 'safety first' advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived
The Person:
* Experience in bulk cooking, whether in a hotel or café setting
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
* Adaptable to last-minute requests with a cheerful attitude
* Must have reliable transportation
