**The Client**
Our client is a leading Retail Property Owner with a growing portfolio of Shopping Centre Assets under management. In place is a highly regarded management team that have a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees. An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Retail Property Manager has become available to join their team.
**The Role**
This role will undertake all the duties required when assisting the Property Management division across the portfolio. Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for;
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the property portfolio, including rent reviews and lease renewals
- Direct tenant liaison and management; achieve strong tenant relationships and high levels of tenant satisfaction
- Liaising with contractors and raising work orders for maintenance and minor works
- Lease administration
- Preparation and management of monthly and annual reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure policies are up to date and compliance met
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Technologically savvy
- High attention to detail
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
