We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of physiotherapists/occupational therapists to deliver high-quality clinical services to clients in Residential Aged Care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in delivering physiotherapy services in accordance with operating procedures and policies.
">
* Provide support to clients in their therapy programs, under the guidance of physiotherapists/occupational therapists.
">
* Transport residents to and from therapy sessions as required.
">
* Set up and pack away therapy equipment, including cleaning the area and equipment.
">
* Perform administrative tasks, such as collecting referrals and ordering prescribed equipment.
">
* Run exercise groups and programs for clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
">
* Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in allied health preferred.
